Then as a group, pick which three of the eight categories you want to play—hopefully, you can agree on this at least! Now you—yes, you!—take the lead. Pick a Topic card, read it aloud, place it in the middle, and then secretly choose the Rating card that says how you really feel about it. Will you give it a 1, 3, or 5 out of 5? Whatever you choose, all the other players must try to match it. When everyone’s ready, flip over the Rating cards at the same time. If any players reveal the same number as you, the race is on to be the first player to get their hand on the Topic card and win the round. But watch out for rogue players who get overexcited and reach for the card when they haven’t matched your rating! Once that madness is over, the player on your left takes the lead, and the game continues. The first player to collect seven Topic cards is the winner!.
