The toolkit works as a card game that can be played in 45 minutes. Based on the size of a company a group of cards is selected. You'll be triggered by the questions asked and inspired by the pitches of fellow players. In three rounds you'll discover new options, practical solutions, and put these in the simplest plan of action. Commit to your plans and stick them to the wall or on your company's message board.
